Swim Glasgow is a small project. There is no support desk, but messages are read and problems with the timetable are worth reporting.
A session looks wrong
Times, availability, and prices all come from Glasgow Club. Swim Glasgow reads their published timetable and cannot change it, so a session that is wrong here is usually wrong at the source too. Send us the pool and the time anyway — if it is a problem with how Swim Glasgow reads the timetable, that is ours to fix.
Booking, payment, or account problems
Glasgow Club will need to handle these. Swim Glasgow cannot see your membership, your payments, or your booking history beyond what your own signed-in session shows, and it never holds card details. Contact Glasgow Club directly for anything involving your account.
